We want to ensure that our Pool contains candidates who, if approached are interested and available to be considered for roles. With this in mind, you will have the opportunity approximately every six months to reconsider your place in the pool. If you’re no longer eligible for the pool or able to commit to a new role, you can withdraw at this point. Alternatively, you can resubmit your current CV or resubmit taking the opportunity to refresh your CV as you gain additional experience and skills. We will write to you with guidance when this happens.
As part of the process HR Direct may share your data with HR Managers, Line Managers or Talent Managers. The Pool will be used solely for resourcing purposes.
